One Culture Football for Children & Teens with Disabilities
School holiday football (soccer) programs in January 2018, plus other inclusive programs running throughout the year for children & teens with integration difficulties such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, medical issues or illness, sensory disability, developmental delay, intellectual disability, speech and language delay, Down syndrome, physical disability and cerebral palsy or other brain injuries.
One Culture Football deliver "Inclusive Football Programs" which gives opportunities for people living with a disability or condition to be engaged in regular football coaching and games. The program focuses not only on football but on gross motor skills but also self-confidence, self-esteem and health and wellbeing.
One Culture Football is a registered NDIS provider – which will allow participants to use their annually planned funds towards health and wellbeing programs in various support categories such as;
Innovative Community Participation
Development-Life Skills
Participate Community
Exercise Physical Personal Training
Group/Centre Activities Personal Activities High
Assist Personal Activities
The program will be a gateway for people with disability to pursue their dreams of being part of a team and or competing in state wide and national events.
One Culture Football have Inclusive programs running at the following locations:
Morphettville – Marion Fitness & Leisure Centre, Thursdays.
Campbelltown – The ARC Campbelltown, Fridays.
Adelaide City – Adelaide High School, Saturday Mornings.
Modbury Heights – The Heights School, Saturday Afternoons.
Vision Impaired Football Program – Marion Fitness & Leisure Centre, Mondays.
