 Reception Opening Hours:

  • Monday to Friday during business hours,

  • except Public Holidays and the the days from Christmas to the New Year Public Holidays..

Receptionists are on-site at our Toorak Gardens rooms during these business hours throughout the week. Other sites may be closed on some days of the week.

Prosper Paediatrics is closed and phone calls, emails or other contacts are not attended outside these business hours.

Providers see patients in booked appointments and can not generally offer urgent or emergency care. A small number of appointment times are held until a week before to allow patients with more urgent concerns to be seen.

While the associated specialist providers are very busy and there is a very strong demand for services, we work hard to offer appointments as soon as possible to children and young people in need.
